If I try the Windows test microphone, I hear the test tone.
But if I try a Zoom meeting from the web, and do test microphone, it cannot capture the input audio.
The video works.
The microphone on the Brio did work last year.
Try a Zoom Test Meeting. The main purposes of this test meeting is to test your camera, speaker, and microphone.Below shows testing the microphone in a test meeting.

It's not working with Skype either. Nor Logitech Capture.
- - - Updated - - -I updated the Brio firmware from 2.2 to 2.9.
Skype and Zoom worked once. My PC then crashed.
After it restarted, the mic didn't work again.
I then uninstalled the Brio driver and reinstalled.

Right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbarSelect Open Sound settings
Test microphone or troubleshoot sound problems
Another option is to right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbar
Select Sounds
Select Recording tab
Select and test microphone
You can also Configure microphone
Click on Properties
Check Levels for microphone
With the Sound dialog open as above double-click on microphone in taskbar
You can check or select which applications have access to the microphone

Video isn't working in Skype anymore. When I turn on my webcam, I don't see video in Skype.

You could try uninstalling the camera in the Device Manager and uninstalling the software for the Brio. Reboot and reinstall the software again.nuraman00 said:

I had just done that, when before I got the mic to work across all platforms. I didn't specify it, but right before I uninstalled the Brio driver, I had also removed it from the Device Manager.MisterEd said:

I opened up Windows troubleshooter, it says no recommended troubleshooters.

Are you using the Brio on a laptop with a built-in camera that supports Windows Hello? If so try disabling the integrated camera. That is known to cause problems with Skype for Businessnuraman00 said:
